The seats were fine. Sadly the row behind was taken by four drunk loud people. I don't know why the ushers permitted this behaviour. We moved along the row to some other vacant seats when the lights went down to get away from them. The people behind these new seats also became abusive insisting that we should not sit there. No ushers were within sight to assist us. Eventually we found seats at the side amongst normal decent human beings. I am astonished that the theatre permit behaviour like this and will not be visiting the Aldwych again. We paid a lot for our seats and expected much better.
