despite being advertised as restricted view I would have to say this seat is excellent and great value since sold at a reduced price.
There is really good legroom with no seat in front of it, it is close enough to the stage to see facial expressions (although this theatre is small and intimate anyway), and no real view restriction despite a pillar in front and to the right of the seat.
