Purchased back row knowing view was restricted. However, I invariably expect this to be a pillar or other obstruction forgetting that the balcony can also restrict view which, in this case, it did and severely so (was able to see only about half the height of the stage).
Also -- and I recognize this may be beyond London Box Office control -- but the seat selector showed very few open seats while, in reality, there were quite a few (for example, I was virtually the only person in my row yet at the time of purchase the selector showed mine as the only seat available).
