We had balcony seats and was a little cramped. I felt that there were several scenes on the stage that could have been taken further back on the stage to enable people in the balcony to see them, especially when the central character Charlie Bucket was just speaking on his own.

The air conditioning was too cold and strong and blew right onto the back of me making me cold and causing me a headache.
