There wasn’t any room for other guests to get by which was a problem. My mother found the stairs very difficult, love the old theatre but a lift would have been wonderful.

Limited leg room if you are tall and younger guests had to lean over balcony slightly.

The show was great, our seats were not. When I booked over the phone, I asked whether the front row in the grand circle would have any restrictions and was told it wouldn't. This was not correct. The front of the stage where alot of action occurs was simply hidden from view if I sat back in my seat as one is supposed to. My children could see even less. We were left to lean forward during most of the show and occassionally sit 'as nornal' when the action was only at the back of the stage. I can only imagine how annoying this must have been for the people behind us however having paid £330 for a family trip to the theatre, i wasn't going to miss the show.

If you weren't very tall you had to lean forward to see over the rail to see the whole stage.
