I am 5.2' and although it was a very good view, just struggled to see what was going on at the front of the stage, so had to lean forward a bit, but overall it was a good view for an old theatre. I think we are spoilt by the comfortable seats in the new multiplex cinemas with cup and arm rests, so sorry comparing with them London Theatre land they have a lot to live up to, they all need an upgrade in this dept and also the bathrooms only 3 toilets with locks that don't work and are awkward to get into.

The seats in general were good for location, you felt a little hemmed in once everyone else took their seats. From where I was sat on b7, I couldn't see the front edge of the stage despite the seat in front of me being empty, however with a little lean forward I could easily see all the acting on stage.
