Dress Circle
Although located above the Stalls, the Dress Circle is on ground level and can be accessed via the main foyer.
This section of the theatre is much wider than the Stalls and despite being slightly higher, still feels very close to the stage allowing audience members to feel immersed in the show.
The Grand Circle overhangs the Dress Circle completely, however due to its height it does not affect the view at all until the last three rows where it slightly cuts the top of the stage.
The best seats in this section of the Garrick Theatre are seats 7-20 in rows A-B as they offer a great panoramic view of the stage, also the decent rake prevents any view obstruction that could be caused by the safety bar in front of it.
This part of the theatre does not provide much legroom, therefore taller audience members are advised to choose aisle seats or perhaps see the show from the Stalls.
Lights at the front of the circle can affect the view for those in the first row but it does not hinder the experience too much.
The curved shape of the Dress Circle can affect the views and end seats of rows B-C face the stage side-on, therefore are at a discounted price.
This part of the venue is wheelchair accessible and there are two spaces for wheelchairs in the Dress Circle, which is also suitable for those patrons with reduced mobility.
