Dress Circle
Located level above the Stalls, the Dress Circle offers clear views of the stage of the Gielgud Theatre. Although premium seats are in row A and they are seats 12-13, rows B-D offer just as good views for less money. Due to the curved shape of the Dress Circle, audience members are advised to sit centrally to enjoy panoramic and clear views of the stage.
Although the dress circle overhang begins at row C it does not affect the view of the stage, however some audience members might find themselves feeling slightly claustrophobic.
The Dress Circle offers comfortable seats with plenty of legroom, but row A should definitely be avoided by taller audience members.
This section of the Gielgud Theatre has boxes which are located at the top of the section and offer good yet distant views of the action.
If you are on a strict budget the venue offers £12 tickets in row B, which offers restricted views, but the seats are still a bargain and your experience should not be hindered too much.
The seats at the rear of the section can feel quite distant and audience members might feel removed from the action taking place on stage. Generally the best seats in the Dress Circle offer better views than those at the back of the Stalls.
This section of the theatre is wheelchair accessible and suited to those with reduced mobility.
