Given the magnificence of the play and the performances I hesitate to find criticism. But if you insist then perhaps there might be a way of enhancing the volume for those sitting at the back

The theatre was freezing many people wore coats throughout. View was slightly restricted with tall people infront. Noise from the circle above was distracting.
We had two people unable to attend and given the sell out nature of the show would have been very happy to have given them to anyone waiting for returns. The theatre was totally inflexible in assisting with this. Very disappointing. Great play very poor theatre experience.
