The seat is good, an has an unobstructed view of the stage, except of the lower left corner of it. A minor issue is the existence of a column between the seats with numbers 30 and 31, if you want to sit next to a friend, be warned, you will not be able to see them.

Left stage was difficult to see. Also a pillar between my wife and I, which was not shown in the seating chart.

The seats tip forward slightly which was odd. I am quite tall and leg room was limited. My view was partially restricted by the person in front. The seat itself was comfortable.
