Our seats were changed and upgraded to B21-B24 which gave us a wonderful view of all the stage. Thank you.

Too much of the stage obscured, especially on the right for what is an expensive seat. The seats are not high enough in comparison to the one in front.

We couldn't see the chandelier when it was raised, or the phantom when he was singing from above, without craning our necks. There was no mention of a restricted view when booking, which we felt unfair in view of what we paid!
