My husband has unfortunately become disabled recently and the box office were able to find a couple of more easily accessible seats in the middle of the Royal Circle which we swapped to. Then another member of the group found he had a vertigo problem so I swapped with him. So I think for some, being so high up could be a problem, but I and the rest of my family were just as happy in the balcony and had an excellent view of the whole show. Having been to the Palladium a number of times, I’m happy to sit where I can get a seat. I would like to add that all the members of staff we had contact with, which were quite few because of my husbands recent illness and the problem we thought we would have with access, were amazing, cheerful, helpful and kind and we can’t thank them enough for turning our problem into an absolutely joyful experience.
