The new stage design relies a lot on rear projection, which is designed for the perspective of the stalls and, at a stretch, the dress circle. Everyone in the grand circle is getting a compromised view of the show with a lot of wooden choreography that will look strange. It's like watching a wonderfully choreographed show but from an outside observer's perspective. Everything is still clear to see though. Hadestown, 17 Oct 2024
