The view is great. The stage feels close, you're far enough that you can see all of it, but you're close enough you still see actor's faces. I think it's better than the stalls because there're no heads in the way

We were in the front row upstairs. At intermission, floods of people pushed past us as they used our row as a short-cut to the exit. They didn’t seem to realise there was a designated route to the exit, so perhaps signage could be improved, or a staff member could be on hand to direct people at intermission?
