We were in the front row upstairs. At intermission, floods of people pushed past us as they used our row as a short-cut to the exit. They didn’t seem to realise there was a designated route to the exit, so perhaps signage could be improved, or a staff member could be on hand to direct people at intermission?

I'm tall and usually find theatre seats are more uncomfortable than cinema seats. These were on par with other theatre seats.
