Leg room a bit tight but seat B41 excellent as there were no seats in front. Unfortunately when we booked seat preferences were Hobson's choice.

Better than expected, but struggled to see the left of the stage at times.

The theatre is quite small so the majority of seats offer a pretty good view. In B40/41 we had good view and only had restricted view for 2-3 minutes of the play. The seats were very close to the exit and allowed quick access to the bar & toliets

There wasn't much legroom and we were on the side of the audience however for the price these seats were a lot better than expected. Nothing restricted the view and we were right next to a secret exit for the toilets and bar.
