Good seat.
Located at the end of row near the light tech. There are no disturbances from the tech guy. Very good view

It's right next to the tech box, but they were very quiet, and the light didn't bother me at all. I was very disappointed at the beginning. When I made the reservation, The seating map said nothing about it being next to the tech box, or that it was in the back of the first floor. The map made it look like it was the front row of the mezzanine, but instead it was the second to last row on the ground floor, right next to the tech box. I could not see the top of the stage, and I was gravely disappointed. But I could see all of the actors, for the most part. I wouldn't have been so disappointed if I had known where the seat was. I would have gotten a ticket on a different day. The people next to me said they thought they were on the mezzanine, as well. Please change the seating chart layout on the seat selection page of buying a ticket. It's very misleading.
