I am a 6'6" male, so they were very cramped. Seats comfortable, just cramped.

Theater has limited legroom. But these are great seats. Clear and pretty direct view of the stage.

Being a small venue, even the Circle was very close to the stage. The seats will be acceptable if you're a child, under 5' 8", or skinny. I'm only 5' 10" and my legs were firmly pressed up against the chairs in front. Proper wedged in there! Comfort was OK but the apholstery and padding was very old. (We didn't complain as such, but politely asked to be moved to the row with the walkway in front of it, as my wife has back issues and needed to stand periodically. These seats were of course more comfortable because of the additional room. And, I must say, each and every member of staff was courteous and eager to please.)
View was excellent, we missed nothing.
