Very good! Great view ! Very close to actors, reasonably comfortable. Good as small theatre.

We are short people so leg room was not an issue. We could have done with being a bit taller or taking seat maybe 1 or 2 rows back as we couldnt see the people's feet or ground/stage. It was our choice though so we don't get too many taller people in front of us blocking our view.

From these seats you couldn't see the stage floor which is where the foot work was happening, apart from that it was great.
