Appalling. The decision to offer such limited legroom can only be put down to greed and lack of care for the comfort and safety of your customers.
It was incredibly hot and airless with no obvious air conditioning and we both felt quite faint. We were glad to get outside and even if the play was worth seeing I couldn’t have gone back up there.
£29.50 x2 is a lot of money to us and you’ve partially spoiled my holiday in London. I was so looking forward to being at a top London theatre again.

The seats were actually brilliant, as we were upgraded to the Royal Balcony and the view couldn't have been better.
