Stalls
The Stalls at the Shaftesbury Theatre is the biggest seating section at the venue and offers excellent views throughout. This part of the theatre is divided into front and rear sections by an aisle in front of row M and the front section is split into two blocks by a central aisle.
The best seats are located in the middle of the centre of the Stalls, rows B-K, they offer exceptional views of the stage which also reflects in the pricing of the tickets.
Day seats are available in row A and they are sold at the box office daily from 10am for around £20. This is a great bargain for taller audience members.
Due to the height of the stage patrons in the first row may have to look up at the stage throughout the whole show. If you are planning on attending with children, row A should be avoided and you should aim for the central seats behind row F.
The rake is quite shallow in the front part of the Stalls and becomes noticeable around row F so shorter audience members and children should have no problem seeing well without the patrons in front of them obstructing their view.
The Stalls offer plenty of legroom and comfort and row M has extra legroom for very tall audience members. The Royal Circle overhang begins at row H and obstructs the view for those in row P and back.
This part of the theatre is not wheelchair accessible.
